Cueva De Casas

Cueva de Casas was inspired by the natural formation of caves, drawing on their organic shapes and fluid, carved pathways. This concept informed both the spatial layout and aesthetic of the design, resulting in a scheme that embraces natural flow, soft transitions, and a sense of discovery within the built environment.

As a communal living space, the design seeks to strike a careful balance between public and private realms. The private bedrooms were designed to be generous in size, allowing residents the flexibility to use them for multiple functions such as working, relaxing, exercising, and storage. This approach supports modern, multi-use living habits and enhances individual comfort.

In the shared areas, I introduced a combination of open, social spaces and more intimate, secluded nooks, offering residents a variety of environments beyond their private rooms. The addition of an in-house gym and indoor green space further encourages interaction, wellbeing, and a sense of community, making the overall environment more dynamic and welcoming.
