Organic Matter

Organic Matter aims to bring life back into Portsmouth, over the pandemic people have struggled in a multitude of ways, from loneliness in lockdown to the cost of living crisis. This design aims to reconnect the local community through a shared project, transforming Boathouse 4 into a fully functioning and self-sustaining allotment space. There is space to socialise and share in the food court as well as experience a magical world in the botanical and butterfly gardens.
